Inclement Weather Policy

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to remain open for our worship services. Notification of cancellations will be posted on the church website and communicated through email, social media, and local news outlets. Always use discretion and prioritize safety when deciding to attend church during a winter weather event.

• If there is no change to our church schedule, we will announce by 7AM Sunday morning.

• We consider a threatening forecast to be the presence of ice and/or greater than 3 inches of snow.

• If a winter weather forecast threatens Sunday morning services, we will cancel our 10:00 AM service and make the announcement by 7AM Sunday morning.

• If we experience inclement weather during an evening service or Life Group, we will communicate our decision as soon as possible.  

• If we cannot assure reasonably safe road conditions for people to park, enter, and exit our facilities, we will cancel services and postpone activities.
